Women's Wellbeing Evening II

Join us for an evening of learning and questions with Kaytee Boyd + Susie Brown as they share their knowledge to optimise you through perimenopause and menopause.  This evening will have a key focus on Nutrition and Supplements | Maximising Brain Health + Anxiety Biohacks.

Kaytee Boyd is an integrative nutritionist, wellness coach, businesswoman and former professional athlete. Kaytee has a double degree in Human Nutrition and Sports Science and an impressive career that has spanned more than 25 years in the health and wellness industry. Kaytee represented NZ in four different disciplines of cycling (BMX, MTB, road and track cycling) and is a cycling World Cup Gold Medalist. She is based in Northland and runs a private online clinic and is also involved in numerous charities, including the Aratika Cancer Trust locally.

Susie Brown is a mental health coach and has trained as a physiotherapist. She works with the Aratika Cancer Trust facilitating supportive cancer care programmes and individual support alongside a range of clients navigating mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression or looking to reframe and invest in their wellbeing.
