our Capers entry this year was created by two of our apprentice chefs Zion Te Kowhai and Jesse Olsen.

this morning, Monday 15th July, we also received great news that we had shot to the top of the leaderboard for the People's Choice Award. the team are super excited to see us at #1, after seeing the voting gap getting closer over the weekend.
